
Dr. Frank Schoenthaler
Frank Schoenthaler, born in 1959, has received a Diploma in Business Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT; former University of Karlsruhe (TU)). His special focus was Operations Research and Computer Science. After many years in research in the range of applied informatics he completed his doctorate in 1989 at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology with Prof. Dr. W. Stucky as a Doctor of Economic Sciences (Dr. rer. pol./Ph. D.).
Since 1994 Dr. Schoenthaler is managing shareholder of PROMATIS Group. He is responsible for the company- and product strategy and manages the operative core business. With more than 30 years of experience in consulting and software services, Dr. Schoenthaler stands for professional support services, organizational and IT solutions with distinguished business thinking and international focus. He is the author of numerous scientific and user-close publications in the area of business processes and information systems and here he is internationally renowned as an expert in his field.
As a member of the board of directors of DOAG Deutsche Oracle Anwendergruppe e.V. (German Oracle User Group) Dr. Schoenthaler is responsible for the Business Solutions Community (BSC). He is the curator of AIK Angewandte Informatik Karlsruhe e.V. (Applied Computer Sciences in Karlsruhe) and President of the Board of Trustees of the Integrata-Stiftung für humane Nutzung der Informationstechnologie (Integrata-Foundation for the human use of information technologies). His involvements in the Oracle Partner Advisory Boards for EMEA and Germany enable him to play an active role in the cooperation with strategic partner Oracle.

Rainer Mann
Rainer Mann, born in 1962, graduated from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT; formerly University of Karlsruhe (TH)) as a graduate industrial engineer specialized in Operations Research / Computer Sciences. As Managing Partner (COO) of the PROMATIS Group, he is responsible for the company’s operative business, controlling and administrative processes.
He has more than 25 years of experience in corporate governance, strategy, program and project management, business processes and information systems. Mann has made a name for himself as an expert in the implementation of large IT digitization projects. Other key aspects of his expertise, which also build on his role as an organizer at Michelin Reifenwerke and his many years at PROMATIS, include the design of new business processes and change management in the implementation of business processes in an interdisciplinary environment. As an executive consultant, he also advises clients on the design and implementation of governance and risk management strategies.

Michael Mohl, born in 1962, is a graduate of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT; formerly University of Karlsruhe (TH)) as a graduate industrial engineer specialized in Operations Research / Computer Sciences. . As Managing Partner (CFO) of the PROMATIS Group, he is responsible for financial areas of the group on a strategic, tactical and operational level, and also for accounting, financial consolidation, and corporate reporting.
He has over 25 years of experience in the implementation and application of standard business application software. Mohl is a sought-after expert for consulting, design and training in the integration of Oracle business applications in customer-specific IT environments. Based on his work in auditing and his long experience as a Chief Financial Officer his professional focus lies in the areas of finance and accounting, controlling, consolidation and accounting policies (IAS, US-GAAP, HGB). Experience in Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management and Customer Experience complete his area of expertise.

Jochen Rahm, born in 1974, graduated from Mannheim University of Applied Sciences with a Diploma in Industrial Engineering and Management. As Managing Director (CTO) of PROMATIS software GmbH, he is responsible at the strategic and tactical level for the methods and technologies relevant in the operational business of the PROMATIS Group.
He has more than 20 years of experience in program and project management as well as in the implementation of standard business application software. Rahm stands for customer orientation and efficient change management, particularly in the global context. As an executive consultant, he supports strategic clients in the implementation of sophisticated digitization programs. In doing so, his focus is always on intelligent solutions for the operational excellence of companies.
