NetSuite CRM – so, what’s that?

April 14, 2020

Oracle NetSuite is the number 1 of cloud-based ERP solutions, and with good reason. The solution, in its basic version, comprises among other things CRM functionalities that ensure a professional customer management. The system unites sales force automation (SFA), marketing automation, customer support and service, e-commerce and flexible adaptation possibilities in a single cloud solution. Contrary to typical CRM solutions, NetSuite CRM already contains an efficient sales performance management, order management and partner management in the standard package. NetSuite is a multi-client capable SaaS/ERP platform connected with the cloud so that all information can be stored at a single location (‘single source of truth’). Users can seamlessly work with the platform on their mobile devices, tablets or laptops, no matter the place and time.

A further added-value can be seen in core functions such as its multilingual capability, multi-currency capability, multi-entry accounting, cross-country tax conformity and management functionalities with financial consolidation, 360 degree view on the customer and partners as well as drill-down dashboards. This allows for an efficient and transnational business build-up – downright ideal for companies with strategies focusing on internationalization. Sounds good, you say?! But how can I introduce such a system seamlessly and without neglecting my daily business? Learn more in my next blog on how to simply lean back and letting others do the work.
